Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy only for items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. This means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind purchases.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at shariahcollections@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label.
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
